Re-add low resolution without allowing stretch res, custom resolution = bigger player base.

I play on a low end PC and ever since the stretch res fix I've had to play with black bars above and below my screen despite not having a stretched res.

I play at 800x600 instead of the lowest supported 1280x720. Before I could just "scale full screen" in my intel graphics settings but now it won't allow that without black bars.

I get that stretched res is cheating and needs to be dealt with, but not by boxing out low end players. To be clear, I don't use stretched res, support it, or anything like that, 800x600 is traditional FOV.

When I can run a popular title like dbd on a low end potato pc without low end optimization from the devs I'd consider the expanded target market for the title to be an important reason to find a new fix for stretched res. This game could be considered a low end PC title with a little help from the devs.

There's no way I should be able to play dbd on this 2 core, integrated GPU laptop but I can, meaning that most people without gaming PC's could too. Custom/lower resolution without specific stretched resolution support would broaden DBD's player base considerably.
