Best killer for the BP farm?

Title says it all. I've tried farming BP as a survivor but survivors get far less BPs even while escaping.

So...what killer's power interactions award you with most BPs?

    My recommendation is to avoid instadown killers but use whoever you have the most success with. Otherwise Wraith, Doctor (with a Distressing build) and Legion can give you lots of bloodpoints due to how their powers score.
