Lobby, Grade Progression, Twisted Masquerade issues

I keep getting SEVERAL error messages over and over again, despite verifying game-files. Un-installing and re-installing the game. Closing off and restarting Steam.
- When loading into a lobby
- Loading out of a game
- Another error message stating that I'm logged into a different device, when that certainly isn't the case.
- My Grade Progression can't be loaded for any of my games.
- Any of the achieved Twisted Masquerade challenges in-game AND the Masks I've collected after a trial are not displayed.
