Issue With Singularity and Indoor Maps
I've been playing a lot of singularity recently and I find that he is very very fun! The EMPs are nice now since you have to work to get them to use the EMPs by constantly slip streaming them. The best way to counter EMPs is to make them use them a lot. However when it comes down to indoor maps everything starts to change. He is no longer able to slipstream them, and it becomes way to difficult. Even with the 0.6 it takes to slipstream it's still not enough to get them going quickly around the easily accessable LOS blockers. This also makes it harder to play the killer as for when you DO actually slipstream them, you instantly get EMPd since you weren't able to pressure them enough to actually use the EMPs. Usually they could be sitting at 4 emps in hand and 4 emps in the chests ready. The reason this is so bad is a lot of the time you just have to play like a normal M1 killer on these maps (specifically Lerry's/Midwhich). It also it bad if you try to slipstream them quickly and fail because not only do you lose pointless distant, you can also completely lose them with the disorientation of the indoor map, yet that part is just the indoor map problem.
I'd suggest that the time to slipstream be reduced from 0.6seconds to slipstream down to 0.3 - 0.5 to make it more consistent and a much less map dependant killer! Just a small little change could go a long way.
