in Bug Reporting

so im on the series x and i have been randomly kicked from the game of no fault of my own and i have been getting the penalty and now i was able to play using cloud gaming and i was just kicked from a match with an HOUR penalty because i was kicked earlier twice with a 30 min penalty. when is this glitch going to be fixed because i cant nor will i spend any money on a game that is kicking me randomly and for absolutly no reason. my opinion is the penalty should be disabled while you all work on this glitch because its not fair to all killer or survivor to be randomly kicked from server and get a timer when you as killer or survivor did nothing wrong. i play both killer and survivor and i have been kicked randomly while playing both
