Game crashed when alt + tab [PC]

I was loading into a game (specifically, the animation revolving around the killer) when I alt tabbed to check a message, and the game immediately crashed.
Context just in case :
Killer : Legion
Map : one of the Crotus Prenn ones, didn't notice which
Offerings in play : 4 terrormisu and 1 escape cake
