PC - [Yamaoka Estate, Sanctum of Wrath] Unable to vault as a killer

Today I've played a public match on the Sanctum of Wrath as a Nemesis and somehow I wasn't able to vault through one of the vaults. I've tried to do the same in the custom match and the problem remained. The location of the vault in this tile may change but the problem will still remain. This bug only affects this exact vault on this exact tile, that being said there's a chance of this tile not spawning at all so it may be a bit tricky to load in a map with this tile.
