Insidious and play with your food bug with stealth killers

I play on the playstation version of dead by daylight and I have notice a bug that happens to be an issues with the perk Play with your food in which the perk will appear like its has activated when going into stealth like for example crouching as the pig.And whenever you lose the chase with the obsession theirs no cooldown indicator,the perk will appear as not being active but the token will appear.For the perk insidious the perk will not show you undetectable if already in stealth unless you stand still.And this seems to occur very frequently when playing a stealth killer
