PC - Life Giver (Remix) not updating or randomizing perks

So far I've played several games of survivor with this tome challenge and not only does it give me the perks from one of my loadouts, but also didn't update after I healed Survivors. I'm unsure how or why this issue exists but I've restarted DBD a couple times since I noticed and it never went away

    Still happening with the Page 2 one as well. I'm on Switch and the end loadoit showed what my random pers would have been. I changed survivor and it seemed to have worked also it happened after doing it and stunning the killerconscr so it did initially work before bugging out.
