Ghostface gameplay feels so much better after buff

the dev has done a great job so far for him. Buff his fluid stealth playstyle is the right way to go.
So far, we havent seen any complaint at all from survivors side.
Now I got so much fun playing him and goof around.
On the other hand, hopefully, other m1 killers get some small tweak on their power
