Got stuck trying to get an invitation

Playing RPD on PC vs. Michael Meyers (The Shape). I went to get an invitation in the office to the left of the entrance hall, looking into the building. As I got close to it, somehow I ended up on TOP of the invitation, stuck against the ceiling and unable to move besides crouching or spinning around. I was only able to move once the invitation pillar disappeared. Picture attached.
