Getting kicked from game and being penalized

I play on Xbox Series X, and continually get kicked from killer and survivor games with the message "dedicated server not responding, Disconnecting... I get matchmaking locks for it as well. I am wired to my router and have about 800 mbps download and 120 mbps upload speed. It isn't an issue with my connection. I have only run into this issue this past month, maybe a little more. It happens every few games and I continually have matchmaking blocks for it.
