In-game Challenge Progress Tracker Completely Busted

The In-Game Challenge Tracker barely pops up, sometimes not at all. It doesn't show when a Challenge has been completed, it doesn't show
Steps: None. No matter what you do the challenge tracker is messed up.
It occurs 100% of the time. Before June I never had any issues whatsoever with the Challenge Tracker correctly showing progress (when progressing, when completing)
