Unable to do anything(self-healing, repair, save from hook,open chest,etc)

I was playing against The Mastermind in Lery's Memorial Institute. i was full-infected so i tryied to dogde his power by getting into a locker but i got grab in the middle of the animation. I got hook and then someone saved me but i was unable to do heal myself or repair gens, i also try to open the chest than contains the spray to cure the infection but couldnt do nothing.
I was the last survivor so i get in chase with the killer one last time, this time he downs me with a M1 but i got insta teleported to the locker he once grabbed me.
