Perk randomizer challenges not working

Completion of both " Knockout (Remix) " and " A Stunning Display (Remix) of the Twisted Masquerade challenge does gain any progression. I've tried resetting the game, switching characters, loading in with 4 perks and 0 perks, nothing seems to work with the end of the event nearing.
