PC: second level tome randomizer challenge STILL bugged

I went into the tome and deselected and reselected it every time i leveled someone up or switched to a new character, in case it helped. Nope. It obscured my perks pre-match, it changed my perks in-match, and then it simply gave me zero credit for the multiple blinds I got in the match. However, I did notice that it seemed to randomize it to the same perks several times in a row, which maybe meant that despite my precautions it wasn't working after the first match?
