Stop forgetting about Dredge players - Shelter Woods

When you're designing a map, please keep in mind there are certain killers, like Dredge, that are heavily reliant on locker placement. If you forget to place any lockers on the map, these killers will be severely (and unfairly) disadvantaged. Please fix locker placement on Shelter Woods, there are barely any lockers on the map.

    RPD might need some lockers too. Give me some to an outside area at least.
