Blight survived another Mid Chapter

Seriously? Why does the devs refuse to touch him? Lets make it clear that I don't want his basekit nerfed, but this guy has so many strong add ons that need tuning down. He's been running rampage as the second strongest killer in the game almost since release, due to certain add ons and they just won't give them any adjustments.

    Im sure their working on him. I was surprised too, but then I thought "they have to be aware that his addons are like the one thing left to obliterate in this game. Their probably making sure they are all still viable since everyone and their mother plays blight". figured they'd be more rigorous since people actually care about him.

    If I had to make a guess, it's because they want to do an overhaul of a lot of his add-ons rather than number tweaks. A lot of the changes they made to killer add-ons other than Onryo (I presume since she received core power changes) seem to be number tweaks, which are probably lower resource required compared to reworking add-ons.

    That said, there are some number tweaks they could do to Blight's add-ons in the meantime to reduce his effectiveness, i.e. speed add-ons.

    I really hope so. With each patch, the game gets more and more balanced, but as the game gets more balanced, Blight just keeps growing in power.

    Blight is now the #1 killer, because of the Nurse nerfs. Her sustained map traversal speed is now garbage, and she has to guess too much when the newer maps have way too many line of sight blockers stacked near each other.

    And the main reason some people kept Spirit high in the tier list was because of MDR builds, which are getting a huge nerf. So congrats everyone, Blight is now #1.

    They did nerf Spirit add-ons, so that's a good start for sure.

    Blight will probably be next on chopping board.
