What was the reason for removing the Prove Thyself bloodpoint bonus?

The nerf to the bonus gen speed is great, but why remove the bloodpoint bonus? That was one of the main reasons I'd use the perk.

    Its the classic remove the attractive features from a perk so it will drop from the meta.

    Who knows at this point, they removed the bp bonus from BBQ and WGLF.

    The only thing different is that people still use BBQ, I haven't run into a single survivor who was using WGLF.

    Laughs in WGLF, after the removal of the bp and got reworked I haven't seen any survivors use this perk.

    Maybe they should just increase the Objective Bloodpoints you get or increase the amount you get from doing Co-Op Objective to artificially create inefficiency with Generators in pubs.

    (but actually its so nobody will use it so nic cages inevitable broken perk will get him bought a ton)

    The fact that they didn’t buff the bps you get for repairing gens is insane. I can’t remember exactly but I think You get 1250-1500 for doing an entire generator solo. That is ridiculous and doesn’t line up with other scoring events in the game. A big reason people brought this perk had nothing to do with gen rushing. Survivor bp gains are already awful and they’re making it even worse. They should AT LEAST double the bps you get for doing gens solo. You could currently repair every gen and still not max objective. Does this not seem crazy to anyone else? This kind of thing especially matters to newer players who need bloodpoints.

    Hopefully they change the bp gain from doing gens with the PT change. I think you get 1250 for doing an entire gen solo and 300 bp for hitting a great and 50 for a good skill check. Would be nice if they made doing a gen give 2.5k. If you do gens solo you need to be the gen jockey to even max objective out.
