Shaking up the perk meta seems to be the current trend on both sides; Survivors getting it a bit heavier as of late, what with MoM, OoO, DS, DH, CoH, all receiving butchering beyond worthwhile build-worthy usefulness. ProoveThyself, and soon Spine Chill overall player usage will be halved, or possibly greater.
Nerfing BnP and ProoveThyself is arguably a lazy attempt at saving face after the recent healing nerfs have forced a response to the “GenRush” pushback.

But both of those killer perks are fine, jolt still has a basic attack drawback and pain res had its cap so you cannot cycle hooks. Perks dont need to be nerfed just because they are the most used, otherwise it is just a repeating cycle. If we went by this logic, windows needs too be nerfed for sure, but is it op? of course not.

hemorrhage on it's own is pretty bad i don't think anyone would run an addon that only does hemorrhage.
before its buff it was useless but people still used sloppy for the mangled sperating the two effects only makes it so killers get more trash addons than they already do.

Pop is good now you just need to get hooks. Try it out. Decent survivors easily countered hooks graps already but they do have more time to stick on gens definetely and do the save later. But it's going help more average or bad survivors who leave the save last second. I do think killers will get compensation buff but still instadown killers and huntress can still camp as good as ever. So the buff might not be very big.
