You can't control Wesker camera during dashes or flick during a grab

They fixed him grabbing survs while they are vaulting. Now he again slaps them with his Uroboros arm. This was how he suppose to work, he was like this at launch and this is mentioned at the patch notes.
The thing is that now you can't flick a little to the sides during a successful grab or rotate the camera during any dash. He just goes straight forward and you can't move the camera or flick at all. Of course this may be a PTB bug, but still could be something they didn't included in the patch notes much like the 15% bonus from Bamboozle not applying to his or Legion's vaults.
Is this intended or a bug?
