PTB bug with Dramaturgy

Platform PC steam name FieldAgentReaper the bug I have found is that if you drop a flash bang while holding an item you got with dramaturgy the add ons on the item are instantly lost for some reason but the item is retained. I grabbed a purple beamer with 2 green add ons while holding a flashbang actively in my hand, the purple beamer took the place of a brown medkit with 2 basic add ons and was gained through the perk dramaturgy. When I dropped the flash bang and stunned the killer and forced him to drop the person he picked up the add ons on the purple flashlight were gone.
