Does SH: Pain Res Hit Through Entity Blocking? Or Is This A Bug?

Let's say I block a Generator using Repressed Alliance, and the Killer hooks a Survivor while using SH: Pain Res, will it hit the blocked Generator, or will it hit the most progressed unblocked Generator?

I know before it use to his the most progressed unblocked Generator, but I dont know if it could be changed or bugged because in one of my matches, it seems (not 100% certain) like it hit a blocked Generator.

It also could be a visual bug since Blast Mine has something similar, where the flash doesnt show unless you have LOS on the Generator, and it will delay the flash until you gain LOS again.

    It should be hitting the most progressed unblocked generator. If it hit a blocked generator that would be a bug.

    All instant percentage based progress loss should work through blocked gens. Ex: surge will damage a blocked gen.
