Why are we not receiving new chase music for killers anymore?
It's been 6 MONTHS since the last chase music update, which was for the Nurse in January 2023. Can we get more unique chase musics for the rest of the killers? C'mon devs :/

3 of those are licensed, so it's not up to BHVR when they get chase music. I think they're probably going to keep the original chase music for Trapper at least too.

Trapper is likely keeping the OG chase music. And the Licensed people might need to be talked to before music happens like Velocity said.

I really like the music.
But the recent chase music themes are not very good sadly.
They would be if they would stop the "washing machine" drums... don´t know why they are using them everytime now.

I'd prefer it if they preserve the original tracks. Trapper, Bubba and Plague are the only ones left with default TR's who also don't hide their TR in some way.

I'd argue majority of the recent ones are good. Even the slightly annoying ones feel like they fit the theme at least.

this is not true at all, Ghost Face is licensed too and received the chase music 1 year ago

Ghostface is half original and half licensed, so that makes him the exception.

That is absolutely true. They would've had to have talked to the license holders of Ghost Face to change the chase music.
It doesn't mean that those killers will never get chase music, it's just that they have to go to the licensors first before it can be done.

Imo Trapper should keep the Default chase music as his own. It’s a classic and he’s the poster boy original killer.

I'm not a fan of most of the unique chase music. I hope that Trapper keeps original music.

Alot of the new chase music has been pretty decent, hopefully the last few original killers left with default chase music gets some custom music soon.

Trapper should definitely keep the original tracks, but other killers like Plague especially needs new and unique music.
As for Freddy, Pig and Bubba. Not sure how they could extend their licenses so that they can have their iconic music tracks mixed into a DBD thematic.

Freddy's issue is worse as the remake doesn't have any memorable tracks. So on top of license holder basically being extremely disinterested with signing off on any major changes or additions there just isn't anything to really take.
It would be great to get a version of Hello Zepp, but I'm guessing that might not be up to the Saw license holders and may be more of a Charlie Clouser license that would need negotiating.

Im okay with Trapper having 3 original chase musics and become his unique.
BHVR needs to host a chase music contest.
