Revieved "Complete the Evolution" Singularity Steam achievement while playing Wesker

I was playing Wesker with Deadlock on green and bbq, lethal and I'm all ears on purple, the Uroboros Tendril and Unicorn Medallion addons and the Terrormisu offering on Torment Creek when steam told me I had gotten the "Complete the Evolution" achievement. After the Trial I checked and still had it. I just downed a fully infected Survivor when I got the achievement so the detection with which Killer a hindered Survivor was downed might be broken to detect all Killers or only Wesker as the Singularity and therefore let their downs of hindered Survivors count towards the achievement.
