PC crash during Singularity chase

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a pre-made group match
Step 3 : In-game, being chased by Singularity with a buggy backpack on. Get into locker during chase.
Step 4 : Leave locker and see animation that appears to be Singularity teleporting (or trying to). PC blue screens.
