Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.
Stutter when using Doctor (Disregard it's happening on survivor. I will try game repair.)

Huge freeze stutters when using doctors powers.
It seemed to happen more around some players than others which is weird.
Strange but I recall it happening around steves more than anyone.
Happened on a few different maps.
I haven't played them in the last couple of updates but it never happened before.
