I wish "Scene partner" had a activation button :/
Im a fan of this perk but i dont like that you cant really choose when you want to use it.
"well Illiterate just dont look at the killer.."
i get that that is its activation and i could technically stare at the ground but it seems like such a unecessary downside even tho it fits with being scared of the killer
being able to choose when you activate it would be nice :3,
i would love to be able to use it along side object of obsession in chase.
just a suggestion thank you.
P.S. thanks for such wacky perks with cage. they are cute

I could see some players using it if they like using perks like Alert in their main build if the cooldown was shorter. 60 seconds seems a bit long. perhaps the perk could go to 45 seconds.

Maybe further down the line they'll rework it into something more controllable. For now though it's nice to enjoy a silly perk like this - but your suggestion is fair.
