It is time for a luck rework

Currently, luck only effects the chance of unhooking yourself. With the addition of the new survivor's perks, random chance is becoming a more prominent feature in the game. I think reworking the luck feature will allow for more interesting perk combos and playstyles.

My suggestion is to make luck affect more things. At the very least, it should effect the rarity of items and addons you find by any means during the trial, as well as modifying the upcoming Scene Partner and Dramaturgy perks as seen fit.
