Nemesis whip bugged

Everytime someone whips as nemesis, it seems to linger after the whip is already put away, creating a situation where running into the spot the nemesis whipped at still injures you. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
I know his whip is supposed to linger for a few seconds after but it shouldn’t linger after he already put it away fully.
