    Technically Bubba can if used correctly.

    Deathslinger is also very good at dealing with them.

    Legion, Deathslinger, Bubsy, and some other killers' add-ons can do that as well.

    What the posted above me said, that's why you rarely if ever saw those killers complain about endurance DH.
