Game crashing every once in a while

So basically, every few days, my game crashes, and the reason is always about File corruption and invalid game files.
It always tells me one of the pakchunk files is invalid, but it's always a different one each time, this time it was pakchunk124, but it's always different, what i do to fix it is uninstall said files and verify game integrity on steam.
Normally, it happens after a match but this time it happened while i got mori'ed by a skull merchant (im pretty sure it isn't connected to the crash), luckily i got the error message but only crashed after the game ended, so i didn't get a ban.
i have also attached the crash report i got.
I hope this gets fixed, unless its a problem on my end
