in Bug Reporting

hello, i am a heavy DBD game player, and lately my game during the middle of a match will disconnect me! it doesn't happen every match but it happens enough to where I get timed out for a long time because of it, and its also embarrassing that it keeps doing it and hurting the teammates that i play with. I lose out on all my blood points and my challenges will also lose the progress acing like i did nothing. i have taken may steps to try and fix this problem on my own, and i have also done an internet testing as well. i have been playing this game on PC for at least 2 years and on play station before that. i have not encountered these problems until just recently . i would like to not keep being penalized for something that is not in my power. thank you for your time, i hope to hear something back soon, because i like to try to play everyday :)
