Future killer perk buffs
Hear me out, devs:
Many of perks which you are about to buff, buffed nice.
But Territorial imperative and hangmans trick buffs are just pure #########.
Here is why:
hangmans trick isnt usefull, because its working ONLY when you holding someone on your shoulder, which is rarely more than 5-8 seconds, and ONLY shows those around hooks, which is rare as well. Most of time people save with flashlight rather than with breaking hook. This is nothing. This aura will give killer nothing. Not only that, but you also with increasing aura from 6 meters to 10 nerfing perk to ONLY FOUR hooks which will be pure random and often will be spawned in ######### places (which is also the reason why other scourge hooks often become #########, because of their spawn places).
This change of this perk will not make it popular, it will actually make it worse.
Same goes for territorial imperative. Perk only works with basement and only works once per 30 seconds from far distance. But to make it work you have to hook someone there. VERY rarely someone will go into the basement for whatever reason. Making effective range a 24 meter from 32 and aura reading from 3 to 6 seconds will not make this perk much usefull.
For example i can suggest delete time on perk, making it like "shows aura of survivors in basement (indefinatly)" also, your perk for basement hook is still weak af. You could just take both these perks and make them one, which will make perk a lot more usefull and dangerous. Also this perk can be reworked so that its not working just for basement hooks, but also for all scourge hooks in 16-24 meter radius.
In case of hangmans trick i could suggest, first of all, make all hook unbreakable (by toolboxes or perks, sacrifice still can destroy them forever), at the same time involving second part of scourge hook for basement hook "faster sacrificing" for all hook on the map. This will not make this perk top ten, but will definatly make it interesting, especially with perks for scourge hook.
Remember, these are only suggestions, we can think together about it. Currently these perks are ######### and they will remain ######### after future changes.

The killer can put the survivor on a hook in dead zone and he won't have to worry about the hook being sabotaged

Well, some perks are simply beyond saving.
Either broken or useless, nothing between.

Like 90% of the perks they buff on killer just go from extremely bad, to still really bad. Aka still near useless even if they are still better. Most of the buffs are just way too soft handed.

they're scared to give for killer to get a relevant perk to use. hangman trick only need tiny improvement to be good. just increase radius from 6->8 meters. territorial need omega buffs like remove range restriction, remove cooldown and change to all survivors in 10/16/24 meter radius near basement have their aura revealed with no duration then I might consider using the perk.

Thats not really a lot. You see, there is still perks to wiggle faster (and for your ally as well), you can also still bodyblock. Also there are no deadzones except for basement, which hooks already unbreakable by ALL means. Also you still can save your ally from the hook on the high ground, if you count them a deadzone.
I thought about giving vision around all the hooks, but i think THIS is a lot, because if radius too small, it will simple not trigger, if its too high, you basically will destroy all other aura perks aka BBQ.
I do agree, this is why im trying to offer a hand, i often complain about this situations on stream, because some perks are BORN dead. Like if their team, who busy with balancing and creating perks, simply don't understand how the game is going.
Funny, when i was writing this post, i was thinking about these changes as well.
Now, maybe community manager will come and say something in here?

My idea for a rework:
After hooking someone on a scourge hook, all survivors within 32m of a scourge hook are revealed to you for 20s. Spawns one extra scourge hook.

I would say that this perk would be more balanced if you would make it to wortk only around the hook where you hooked this person. Also idea with spawning extra hook is good idea, i had this one as well.
But imo, they have to fix RNG spawn of them, before reworking perks like this. RNG is awfull rn.
