Nemesis' Ink ribbon add-on should get a specific change

The Depleted Ink ribbon should decrease the chances of getting the Shattered map.
The Shattered Square's exit gates are see through, ruining the ambush aspect of the add-on.

The only thing that should affect the RNG of maps are map offerings. If you have this problem play an offering for another realm while using the add-on.
