When does the grade reset happen?

This may not get answered in time, since there's only 10 hours left in the event, but I'm hoping the grade reset happens so I can spend those last bloodpoints on event items & offerings.
It's already 7/13 in my timezone, so what time does the Grade Reset specifically happen?

Grades will incidentally reset at the same time the event is over

That is extremely disappointing. What even happens if you're in the game menus when it ends/reset happens?

I got my grade rewards immediately when I loaded in this morning and it was 3 hours before it was over.
