Self-Unhook into 2nd Stage

i tried 4% and got it right before i went into 2nd stage and well after the unhook i was on death hook, which shouldnt be possible.
Also right after this i experienced another bug that when i cleansed a hex totem it didnt make the global cleansing sound.
