Experiencing severe FPS drops on certain maps since the anniversary patch

Been playing the game on the same laptop since it came out. Yeah the specs are awful but in general I could squeeze 40 fps out of it.
Since the patch, some maps give me no chance to play at all. Weirdly enough, old maps (MacMillan and Crotus Prenn, Yamaoka too) are among the worst with only abt 6-10 FPS when looking on map's center. It wasn't the case before, and it isn't the case with most other maps. Any chance for devs looking into it?
