PC- Wraith Unable to Swing after Uncloack (inconsistent)

tep 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as The Wraith in a public or custom match
Step 3 : In-game, uncloak and attempt to lunge directly out of cloak
Step 4 : Note that in some instances the wraith is unable to lunge or swing directly out of cloak for at least 1-2 full seconds after the uncloak has been completed

- Perks: Pop Goes the Weasel, Forced Penance, Deadlock, and Fearmonger
- Any Map
- Frequency of the issue: occurs at least once per match, if not more frequently, but consistently reproducing is difficult as it does not occur after every uncloak

at the end of the uncloak animation and after the bar had completed, i was spamming to swing for the down and it was not registering.
