How long does behaviour responds to a hacker report?

I reported in-game and on the support page about a hacker with video evidence and was wondering how long did it take for you guys for them to respond to it?

    It's random unfortunately. I think they're really busy at the moment as they emailed me back saying they haven't forgotten about me but it's taking a while.
