Error in the adept challenge

I'm having trouble with the adept challenge. I've performed this challenge numerous times with multiple survivors (fulfilling all challenge requirements) but I don't get the reward. I would like to know what can I do about it? My Epic game account is linked to the Dead by Daylight.
Plataform: PC/Epic Games.
