Windows Version GAME Bugs or Technicall issues

They told me to come ask if anyone else from Version of Windows
 had experienced the same problems as me.
I have problems starting the game store from any menu,
 and I can't open it, the game crashes, the screen 
goes black for about half a minute and it closes all
 the programs giving me a DXGI error or a network error.

They told me since it wasn't a bug but a technical problem
 they couldn't give me support, so I don't know what to do.
