Missing all the items, add-ons and offerings from some characters after the update.

Hello,

Plattform PC / STEAM

i started to play DBD again since November 22 since a few weeks and i found out, that some of my characters lost all their items and offerings. I know that i played a lot with Haddie for example while the birthday event last year, she should have plenty of cakes therefore. But there is nothing, no offerings and no items.

Same goes for Dwight which was one of my mains last year. He has no addons and offerings.


Plenty of other characters have lost their items. Is there any chance to get them back?
