Missing Feng Min Rift Outfit

So I logged in just a bit ago to find the Rift outfit with the sunhat, pink shorts and the top that goes with it is just completely missing from my inventory. I was wearing it last night. Going onto Reddit, someone else started a thread having the same issue. I've tried logging on and off to no avail, there was no update between last night and this morning.
I'm on PC/Steam.
