None of the current perks should be added base kit (corrupt intervention example)

The base kit for all survivors and killers is perfectly fine. It is tiring to hear people actually think you need corrupt or other perk's base kit to have a chance. If you think that the current base kit needs any current perk base kit you should change the way you play.
Why should a perk like corrupt intervention NOT be base kit?
- not everyone is gonna want to have the three furthest gens blocked. If you play Ghostface why would you want survivors running towards you to find you sooner in the match and reveal your location?
