Vittorio's "Concentrated Mind" Head Piece

As seen in the images, "Concentrated Mind" head piece's tattoos are glowing much more & pixelated, compared to his body and other head pieces. Screenshots from ultra settings. Same issue applies to deep rift form as well.
As a Vittorio main, I have been noticing this for months, but didn't came to my mind to report this issue until now. Please, save this wonderful head piece.
