Killer hitting you when not looking in your direction and not close to you.

My friend and I were playing dead by daylight on the swamp map and within the same area the Doctor hits my friend when he wasn’t close to him and then moments later he hits me and he was holding a survivor not looking my way and not close to me. This is just game breaking and we both were about to get off after that.
