KILLER: THE ARCHER

A survivalist from medieval times, Catherine Visconti never cared to join any militant group and she always wanted to hunt alone. She also couldn't stand armor and prefers to dress like royalty, or at least, she attempts to do so. She started by hunting down anyone involved in the murder of her lover, but then swiftly took a liking to it: she had also become quite good with bows and arrows, and the Entity had noticed.

POWER: The Makeshift Letality

A bow that Catherine built for herself to inflict terrible pain on the assassins of her beloved fiancé. Its arrows are infused with a poisonous substance and its aspect fits with her fashion choices.

Press the Power button to draw your bow, and then press the Attack button to fire an arrow. There's a cooldown, after which you can either fire again or retreat your bow by pressing the Power button again. While the bow is drawn, the Archer moves at 105% speed. The Archer starts the trial with 10 arrows, which can then be retrieved from the bodies of survivors or from the environment using the Secondary Power button while your bow is not drawn. Arrows can also be reloaded at lockers, in stacks of 5 at a time.

Healthy survivors hit by an arrow will get injured, while injured survivors hit by an arrow will get inflicted with the Hemorrhage and Pierced status effects. The Pierced status effect lasts 30 seconds, during which the survivor needs to remove the arrow from their body - performing the Unpierce action that lasts 7 seconds and forces them to stand still - or they will drop into the dying state. Firing another arrow at a survivor that's already Pierced will Hinder them by 10% for 5 seconds, but it will also give them a 10% stackable boost to performing the Unpierce action.

SPECIAL ABILITY: The Poisoning

After having Pierced all survivors at least once, press the Secondary Power button while your bow is drawn to activate The Poisoning: this will poison the arrows you can fire for the next 60 seconds, after which the ability will deactivate. Pierced survivors hit by these arrows are inflicted with a -20% debuff to repairing, healing, unhooking and opening exit gates, and will scream and reveal their location when coming into 16 meters of your position. To get rid of these effects survivor must Unpierce themselves.

ADD-ONS:

  • Elegant Quiver (Brown): Increase the starting and maximum number of arrows carried by 2. Locker reloads will now grant you 1 additional arrow.
  • Bastard Down (Brown): When a survivor is downed by the Pierced timer, gain the Undetectable status effect for 30 seconds.
  • Bit More Poisonous Poison (Brown): Poisoned arrows inflict an ulterior -3% debuff to the affected speeds.
  • Sharpened Arrowhead (Brown): Increase the time required for survivors to Unpierce themselves by 1 second. Increase the stackable boost survivors get to Unpiercing when hit by an arrow while Pierced to 15%.
  • Perfumed Poison (Yellow): Increase the radius around you in which survivors will scream and revealed their position when poisoned by an additional 12 meters.
  • Golden Quiver (Yellow): Increase the starting and maximum number of arrows carried by 4. Locker reloads will now grant you 2 additional arrows.
  • Archery Skills (Yellow): Decrease the cooldown between arrow shots by 20%. Decrease the time required to draw and retreat your bow by 10%.
  • Lethal Poison (Yellow): Poisoned arrows inflict an ulterior -6% debuff to the affected speeds.
  • Eagle Eyed (Yellow): The auras of survivors when they get Pierced are revealed to you for 3 seconds.
  • Royalty Killer (Green): Normal arrows fly 10% faster and poisoned arrows fly 15% faster.
  • Cutting Arrowhead (Green): Increase the time required for survivors to Unpierce themselves by 2 seconds. Increase the stackable boost survivors get to Unpiercing when hit by an arrow while Pierced to 20%.
  • Swift Archer (Green): Increase your movement speed while your bow is drawn by 1.5%. Increase your movement speed when your bow is not drawn by 3%.
  • Efficient Stacking (Green): Every time you retrieve your arrows from a survivor's body, gain 2 extra arrows and increase your maximum capacity by 1.
  • Cat vs Mouse (Green): When hitting a Speared survivor with an arrow, Hinder them by an ulterior 4% and gain a 2% Haste effect for 10 seconds.
  • Clearing the Way (Purple): You can destroy breakable walls and dropped pallets by hitting them with 4 consecutive arrows. These arrows cannot be retrieved normally and lower your maximum capacity by 2 for each destroyed wall or pallet.
  • Pearly Quiver (Purple): Increase the starting number of arrows to 20 and the maximum number to 15. Arrows cannot be reloaded at lockers.
  • After More (Purple): After hooking a Pierced survivor, for the next 30 seconds your cooldown between arrow shots is decreased by 15%, all types of arrows fly 10% faster and your speed while your bow is drawn is increased by 3%.
  • Don't Spread Love (Purple): When a Pierced survivor hit by a poisoned arrow comes into a 8 meters radius of another survivor, that survivor also suffers from the effects of the poison. This persists for 30 seconds after the survivors are no longer in the radius of each other.
  • Iridescent Quiver (Iridescent): The Archer moves at 4.6m/s when out of arrows. She also moves at 4.6m/s independently of her bow being drawn or not for 20 seconds each time she pierces a fourth unique survivor in a row.
  • Iridescent Poison (Iridescent): When activating The Poisoning, gain a 5% Haste effect, decrease the cooldown between arrow shots by 30%, decrease the time required to draw and retreat your bow by 20%, make your arrows fly 15% faster and automatically regain 1 arrow every 10 seconds. These effects all last until the ability ends, though now The Poisoning won't inflict any debuffs on survivors.

PERKS:

  • SHE'S COMING FOR YOU: Your victims wouldn't know, but the miniscule movement of the air caused by arrowheads should've been taken as a sign that you were always out there. | After moving for 10 seconds, any survivors within 24 meters of your location will first hear a soft whisper and after 3/2/1 second(s) will receive 3 consecutive difficult skillchecks if they're repairing or healing. The perk then goes on cooldown for 60/50/40 seconds.
  • BREAKING SLOWLY: Your used to killing your prey through a thousand cuts. So that's what you do. | For each generator, dropped pallet or wall you break, gain a token. Any time you have at least 6/5/4 tokens, kicking a generator will regress it by an additional 30% of its current progress and consume the tokens.
  • SCOURGE HOOK: PILES OF DESPAIR: Your suffering was caused by the suffering of others. And more suffering will be caused by yours. | Increase the number of available Scourge Hooks in a trial by 1/2/3. Scourge Hooks take 50% longer for survivors to sabotage.

SURVIVOR: Cassandra Bellavista

Catherine's murdered lover, Cassandra was brought into the trial as a sick joke by the Entity.

PERKS:

  • TERRIFIED: Sometimes being scared is a good thing. And it teaches you how to be more careful. | After being chased for a total 80/70/60 seconds, you become immune to the killer's Undetectable status effect, hearing a 16m terror radius whenever they should have none. This perk deactivates when the exit gates are powered.
  • LOVE IS CRUEL: Loving is beautiful and an art, but like all art, it can sometimes really suck. | If you're healthy, whenever another survivor loses a health state, you also lose a health state for 20 seconds, after which you gain it back unless you get downed. During that 20 seconds window, your repair, healing and unhooking speeds are increased by 8/9/10% and your aura is hidden to the killer. The perk has a 40/30/20 seconds cooldown after it deactivates and before it can activate again.
  • BOON: NEVERMORE: You would love for anyone to not have to relive the pain you went through. | Allows you to bless a Dull Totem to turn it into a Boon Totem. Soft chimes ring in a radius of 24 meters around it. Survivors who enter in the boon radius recover 10/15/20% faster from debuffs. This effect persists for 10 seconds after leaving the boon radius.
