Where Did She Go Challenge Not Progressing

Seriously how the hell do you do this challenge? Is it bugged and not progressing? Do I have to be healthy the entire chase? Does it not count for a chase started while injured? Does it have to be rushed vaults in that 6 second period? I seriously don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've gotten in chase and performed 2 rushed vaults easily without being hit and yet the challenge is not progressing
