I knew this was a problem when Nemesis initially released, being fixed later on (to my knowledge at least).
If it was removed, it's back again. No it does not work on specific maps, after multiple games playing as Nemesis it seems consistent with most maps, however main vaults include shack and main building however I am sure other vaults work the same.
